When PCC Energy Group approached Hawkeye in 2009, they were expanding faster than they could adapt. The companies they were acquiring all had separate ways of handling their brand identity. In our discovery phase, we determined these comprising companies of the PCC Energy Group all dealt with virtually the same clients but had different voices. Hawkeye saw the need to provide a brand strategy and a system to provide clarity in PCC Energy Group’s overall message. Communicating that PCC Energy Group is a machine of many parts, but those parts are all under one umbrella and would create more brand awareness and loyalty.
